Each second note in the lick is played by pull off technique, that helps to simplifiy the pickng

and turn the picking shape itself to only downstroke picking.

So despite the lick looks a bit complicated it's actually in the reach for beginner guitar players

but still some practice requered to work out left hand position switching along the fingerboard.
