The whole lick I play  exclusively by tapping with long delay effect,
it gives very smooth and relaxing sound. 
In this lick were used only one finger per hand.
The whole pattern looks like this:

First I play hammer on with the left hand.

After my right hand  strokes and holds next note.

While the right hand holds a note, the left hand goes
to next position,
when it arrived  the right hand makes pull off to fret where
the left hand already pushes a string etc...

And I end up the lick with long vibrato note.
